These terms and conditions govern the use of the CO2Check service, which is provided by TO Carlström AB (corporate registration number 559432-9855), hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "CO2Check". By using our website and service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Service content
CO2Check provides a digital service to estimate and visualize climate impact based on user data. The information is of an advisory nature and should not be used as legally binding documentation.
3. User authorization
The service may only be used by persons who are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a guardian. Companies and organizations that register represent that the person registering the account has the authority to act on behalf of the company.
4. Account and security
The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is correct and for keeping their password secure. In case of suspected unauthorized access, this must be reported immediately to hello@co2check.io.
5. Data protection & GDPR
We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
You have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your data.

6. Intellectual property rights
All content on CO2Check (including logos, text, code and graphics) is our property or licensed to us. Use of any content without our written permission is prohibited.

CO2Check is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service. Results from CO2Check are indicative and should not replace professional advice.
8. Payment & prices
The service may be offered free of charge or for a fee. Current prices are stated on the website. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
You can unsubscribe at any time before the next renewal by contacting us at hello@co2check.io. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our terms.
10. Changes to terms and conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms. In the event of major changes, users will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitute your acceptance of them.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Disputes will be resolved in Swedish general courts with Gothenburg District Court as the first instance.
